The practicums' purpose had really helped me to meet my learning needs. It is because we have been deployed to different schools and different levels of learners. As a future teacher, it is really significant for me because it stretched my capability and versatility in the teaching field. Sometimes, when we are about to go to our cooperating school, there are some challenges that we are about to face unknowingly like we have prepared a power point presentation for our lecture, but out of our information from the school, projector is not available. It served as a challenge for me, but as an aspiring global teacher, I faced those challenges with flexibility and versatility.

          That really helped me think outside the box, so what I did was I utilized the whiteboard as my visual aid and of course myself with the knowledge that I have gained from university and other learning. The outcomes of the practicum produced a better version of me. Now I am now an individual who is now really aspiring to become a great teacher someday because of the experiences that I have gained. I can consider myself a better teacher now because of the lapses and problems that I have faced, those things made me become a better teacher as long as I learn from my mistakes. Instant problems really tests for flexible and versatile a teacher can be.

          Another challenge that I have faced during the practicum was that there is a sudden change of school and materials that we will be using in the classroom. Yes, at those times, I struggle what to do, but I always look for the positive side of it. I always told myself that challenges or problems are given for it to be solved. Solutions were not only the outcomes, but also new learning. It all gave me a good thing because I really felt my development and atleast to apply applicable things that I have learned during my practicum at Indonesia especially on time management and classroom management.

          All the things that we experience in life, may that be challenges or tests, are all forms of blessings because if we take it positively, it will help us pave a better, fruitful future for us. All we have to do is to embrace these challenges and face it head on, with flexibility and versatility.
